At SOLD.com, we understand that not every lead is the right fit for every agent. If you receive a lead that you prefer not to work, you have the option to decline it within 24 hours of receipt. Below are the steps to take depending on the type of lead you’ve received:


Steps to Decline a Lead

1. Appointment Leads

If an appointment is already scheduled:

  • Contact Our Team: Let us know you will not be attending the meeting so we can assign another agent to the appointment.
  • How to Reach Us: Email [email protected] or ask to speak to a live representative using our chat feature.

2. Active (Non-Appointment) Leads

If the lead is not an appointment and is listed as active in your agent portal:
