If you have questions or concerns about receiving lead notifications, this guide explains how SOLD.com sends notifications for different types of leads, what delays to expect, and how to ensure you’re staying informed.
How Lead Notifications Work
1. Appointment Opportunities
-
Notification Method:
- You will receive a text notification when an appointment opportunity is available.
- The notification gives you 30 minutes to claim the appointment before it moves to the next agent in rank.
-
Where to Check:
- Appointment details are available in your SOLD.com Agent Portal under the Referrals tab.
- Access Your Agent Portal Here: https://agent.sold.com/login
2. Active Leads (Non-Appointments)
-
Notification Method:
- These leads are sent daily via email in your Referral Report.
- The report provides details about the leads added to your portal that day.
-
Where to Check:
- All active leads can be found in your SOLD.com Agent Portal under the Referrals tab.
- Access Your Agent Portal Here: https://agent.sold.com/login
Delays and Troubleshooting
-
Normal Delays:
- There may be a slight delay between when a lead enters your portal and when you receive a notification. This is normal.
-
Spam Folder:
- Sometimes, lead notifications or Referral Reports may end up in your spam or junk folder. Check there if you believe you missed a notification.
