How to Export Leads from Your SOLD.com Agent Portal

Exporting leads from your SOLD.com Agent Portal is quick and easy, allowing you to organize your data and use it for follow-ups or CRM integration. Follow the steps below to export your leads and learn how this feature can benefit you.


Steps to Export Leads

  1. Log In to Your SOLD.com Agent Portal

    • Visit https://agent.sold.com/login.
    • Enter your email and password.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password, and check your spam folder if you don’t receive the reset email.
  2. Go to the "Referrals" Tab

    • Once logged in, click on the Referrals tab to see all the leads you’ve received through SOLD.com.
  3. Export Your Leads

    • At the top of the "Referrals" tab, click the Export button.
    • A .csv file containing all your leads will automatically download to your computer.
  4. Save and Organize

    • Save the .csv file in a secure location on your computer or cloud storage.
    • Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred program to view and organize the lead data.
