How to Access "My Profile"
- Log in to your SOLD.com Agent Portal: https://agent.sold.com/login.
- Click on your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
What You Can Update and Manage in "My Profile"
1. Profile Photo
- Upload or update a professional photo to make a positive impression on potential referrals.
- Click the photo upload option to add or change your picture.
2. Brokerage Information
- Ensure your brokerage name, office address, and relevant details are accurate.
- Accurate information builds credibility with potential clients.
3. Service ZIP Codes
- Add or update the zip codes where you want to receive leads.
- You can add up to 20 free zip codes.
- Your rank in each zip code determines how leads are distributed to you.
4. MLS Information
- Add your MLS ID(s) to sync your transaction history and demonstrate your expertise.
- If you’re part of multiple MLS boards, you can add up to two MLS IDs.
- To update your MLS ID, email [email protected] as this cannot be done directly in the portal.
5. Rank and Badges
- View your rank for each zip code you’ve added.
- Download SOLD.com badges like "Top Agent" or "Certified SOLD.com Partner" to use on your website, email signature, or marketing materials.
6. Notification Preferences
- Customize how you receive alerts for new leads and updates.
