Who Referral Fees Apply To

Referred Clients Only:
Referral fees apply only to transactions involving clients referred by SOLD.com. -
Transactions Covered:
- Referral fees are due for any transactions with referred clients—whether buying, selling, or multiple deals—closed within 18 months of the referral.
How Referral Fees Work

Based on Gross Commission:
Referral fees are calculated as a percentage of the gross commission earned on a transaction with a SOLD.com referred client.- Gross commission is the total commission before any brokerage splits or deductions.

18-Month Referral Fee Window:
Referral fees apply to any transaction with a referred client that closes within 18 months of the last time SOLD.com referred the client to you. -
Covers Multiple Transactions:
If a referred client buys, sells, or completes multiple transactions with you within the 18-month window, the referral fee applies to each transaction.
Special Benefits for Guaranteed Display Agents
If you are a member of the Guaranteed Display (SGD) program at the time you receive a lead Waived Referral Fees for Self-Set Appointments.
What does this mean?
- If you independently secure an appointment with an active lead (not set by the SOLD.com Concierge team) and close the transaction, the referral fee is waived.
- This benefit applies only to leads received while you are an active SGD member.
