1. Rank in Service Areas

  • How It Works: Your rank determines where you are in line to receive referrals for a specific zip code. Higher-ranked agents have better opportunities to claim leads.
  • Where to Check:
    • View your rank for each zip code in the Agent Portal under "Profile > Service Areas."
    • Contact the Agent Success Team for more information about your rank.

2. Guaranteed Display (SGD)

  • Increased Volume: Sponsoring zip codes through the SGD program boosts your rank, giving you priority access to leads and increasing overall lead volume.
  • Historical Data: The Agent Success Team can share estimated annual lead volume based on average leads historically received in specific zip codes.
  • Patience is Key: If you recently joined SGD, remember it takes time for our Concierge team to make contact with clients in your sponsored zip codes.

3. Lead Type

  • Appointment Referrals: Leads where the Concierge team has successfully scheduled a client meeting.
  • Active (Non-Appointment) Leads: Leads where the Concierge team is still attempting to make contact.

4. Seasonality

  • Referral volume fluctuates throughout the year, with higher activity during spring and summer and slower periods during holidays or winter months.
