If you feel SOLD.com isn’t the right fit for you, we’re here to assist with processing your request to be removed from the network. Here’s what you need to know.

Steps to Remove Yourself from the SOLD.com Network

  1. Contact Us to Deactivate Your Free Profile

Note: This request will remove you from the free SOLD.com network.

If You Are Part of the Guaranteed Display (SGD) Program

Removing yourself from the SOLD.com free network is different from canceling your Guaranteed Display subscription.

Important: You can remain in the free network even if you cancel your Guaranteed Display program.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Outstanding Referrals

    • If you have referrals associated with your account, please note:
      • If any of those clients transact with you within the next 18 months, a referral fee will be due to SOLD.com.
      • This obligation applies to you as an individual and to your brokerage under our agreement.
    • You can view all your available referrals (if any) in your Agent Portal.
  2. We’re Here to Help

    • While we hate to see you go, we’re happy to process your request if you decide to leave.
