How to Navigate Your SOLD.com Agent Portal

The SOLD.com Agent Portal is your hub for managing leads, updating your profile, and keeping track of your zip codes. Here’s a simple guide to help you find the information you need and make updates where necessary.


1. Updating Your Number of Transactions

  • Where to Find It:

    • Log in to your Agent Portal.
    • Go to the My Profile section by clicking on your name in the top-right corner.
    • Scroll down to the Service Zip Codes section at the bottom of the page.
  • If the Information is Incorrect:

    • Contact our team with the correct number of transactions:

2. Checking What Zip Codes You Own

You can find your owned zip codes in two places:

A. Dashboard

  • Log in to your Agent Portal.
  • Scroll down to the dashboard section.
  • In the middle section, you’ll see the zip codes you own displayed prominently.

B. My Profile – Service Zip Codes

  • Navigate to the My Profile section.
  • Select the Service Zip Codes tab.
  • Scroll down to view your zip codes.
    • Zip codes you own will be marked with "Boosted" next to them.
  • You can also add yourself to waitlists for zip codes that are currently unavailable.
