Keeping your lead statuses up-to-date in the SOLD.com Agent Portal helps you stay organized and track your progress with each referral. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the portal and update lead statuses.

Navigating the Referrals Tab

  1. Log In to Your Agent Portal

  2. Go to the Referrals Tab

    • At the top of the portal, click on the Referrals tab.
    • Here, you’ll find a list of all your leads organized into sub-tabs:

Understanding the Sub-Tabs

  1. Active Leads

    • These are your raw (non-appointment) leads.
    • If contact details are locked, this is because you’re not part of the Guaranteed Display program, and the lead has not yet been converted into an appointment by the SOLD.com Concierge team.
  2. Inactive Leads

    • Leads marked as not workable by you or the Concierge team.
    • Reasons may include:
      • Not interested.
      • Bad contact information.
      • Title mismatch or other disqualifying factors.
  3. Active Appointments

    • Leads where:
      • An appointment has been scheduled and claimed through the Concierge team.
      • You’ve updated the lead status to Appointment Set yourself.
  4. Lost Listings/Sales

    • Leads that listed or sold with another agent but were originally assigned to you.
    • These highlight missed opportunities and the viability of other leads still in your pipeline.
  5. Wins

    • Leads you’ve successfully converted into:
      • Signed listings.
      • Properties sold or transactions closed.

How to Update a Lead’s Status

  1. Find the Lead

    • Go to the appropriate sub-tab where the lead is located.
  2. Click on the Lead

    • Select the lead by clicking its line item.
  3. Update the Referral Status

    • Use the Referral Status dropdown menu to select the appropriate status.
  4. Add Notes (Optional)

    • Use the notes section to add details about the lead for your own reference.
      • Important: These notes are visible only to you. The SOLD.com Concierge team does not see or act on your notes.
  5. Save Changes

    • Confirm your updates to ensure the changes are recorded.
