What "Concierge Working" Means in the Agent Portal

The "Concierge Working" status in your SOLD.com Agent Portal indicates that our Concierge team is actively reaching out to the lead to schedule an appointment. Here’s what this status means and how you can still engage with the lead effectively.


What Does "Concierge Working" Mean?

  • Default Status: This status is assigned to leads while the Concierge team works on contacting them.
  • Purpose: The goal is to secure an appointment with the lead.
  • Next Steps:
    • If an appointment is scheduled, the opportunity to claim the lead will be sent to agents based on their rank in that zip code.
    • Guaranteed Display Members (SGD): As an SGD member, you’ll have priority to claim appointments in your sponsored zip codes.

Can You Work the Lead in This Status?

Yes, you can still engage with the lead while the Concierge team works on setting an appointment:

For Agents Without Full Contact Details (Non-SGD)

  • Why Contact Details Are Blocked:
    • You are ranked in the top 5 agents for the zip code but are not sponsoring the zip code through the Guaranteed Display program.
  • What You Can Do:
    • Mailers: Send mailers or postcards to the address provided in your portal.
    • Door-Knocking: Engage with the lead directly if it fits your strategy.
  • Action: If you secure contact or an appointment, update the lead status in your portal and add notes for your records.

For Guaranteed Display (SGD) Members

  • Access Full Contact Details: You’ll have access to the lead’s name, phone number, email, and address.
  • Proactive Outreach:
    • Call or text the lead.
    • Add the lead to your CRM for follow-up campaigns.
    • Send mailers or emails.
    • Visit the property for direct engagement.
  • Referral Fee Waiver: If you secure an appointment without the Concierge team’s assistance, the referral fee will be waived.
