  1. Rank in Your Zip Codes

    • Leads are assigned based on your rank in your selected service areas. Higher-ranked agents receive priority for leads.
    • Action: Check your rank in your SOLD.com Agent Portal:
      • Go to My Profile > Service Areas to view your rank in each zip code.
  2. Seasonality

    • Lead volume fluctuates with real estate trends. Activity tends to slow down during holidays and peak in the spring and summer months.
    • What to Do: Be patient during slower seasons and ensure you're ready to capitalize on higher volumes during busy times.
  3. Optional Guaranteed Display (SGD)

    • Sponsoring zip codes through the Guaranteed Display program increases your priority for leads.
    • Benefits of SGD:
      • Higher lead volume.
      • Full contact details for all leads in your sponsored zip codes.
      • Reduced or waived referral fees for self-generated appointments.
    • Action: Learn more or inquire about sponsoring zip codes by filling out the SGD Inquiry Form.
