Setting Up a Profile for a 2-Person Team

If you operate as a 2-person team and are looking to create a shared SOLD.com profile, here’s how you can proceed:


1. Can We Set Up a Joint Profile?

Unfortunately, there’s no dedicated option to set up a joint profile for a 2-person team. Joint profiles are typically not supported unless you have a larger team or operate as a brokerage. If that’s the case, you can inquire about partnership options here.
 

For a 2-person team, the best option is to create a single agent profile using the steps below.


2. Creating a Single Agent Profile for a 2-Person Team

You can create your profile here. Follow these tips for setting it up as a shared profile:

  • First Name Field: Enter both names (e.g., “Bob and Sally”) or one full name if the last names differ.

    • Example:
      • First Name: Bob Smith
      • Last Name: Sally Jones
  • Phone Number: Only one phone number can be listed, so consider using a shared number or an outside service like Google Voice to forward notifications to both partners.

  • Email Address: You can add multiple email addresses to your profile after activation. This allows both team members to receive non-appointment lead notifications.


3. Important Considerations for a 2-Person Team

Even if you’re working as a team, there’s value in setting up individual profiles for each member:

  • Increased Referral Opportunities: Having separate profiles doubles your chances of receiving referrals, similar to having more raffle tickets in a drawing.
