When you see "Partner Working" in the notes, it means that you, the agent, have updated the status to "Following Up." This confirms that you are actively engaging with the lead.

What should I do when I see this?

Since you are the one working the lead, continue your outreach efforts:
✔ Call the client to try and connect directly.
✔ Use door knocking or mailers if you only have limited contact details.
✔ Stay proactive—the more touchpoints, the better the chances of conversion.

If I'm in the Guaranteed Display Program, what does this mean for me?

The biggest advantage of working active, non-appointment leads as a Guaranteed Display sponsor is:

• If you get the lead on the phone before our Concierge does and you secure the listing,
• Your referral fee is 100% waived—meaning you keep your full commission.

What if I’m NOT in the Guaranteed Display Program?

You can still work the lead, but access is limited to just the client’s name and address. Your options include:

• Door knocking or sending mailers to try and connect.
• Waiting for the Concierge to set an appointment (appointment opportunities are sent via text based on ranking in that ZIP code).
• If you get the listing on your own but are not a Guaranteed Display sponsor, the referral fee still applies, whether the Concierge set the appointment or you did.
