How to Connect Your SOLD.com Leads to Your CRM Using Zapier

Want to automate your lead flow? Here’s how to send SOLD.com seller leads directly to your CRM using Zapier—it only takes a few minutes.

 

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Create a Zapier Account
Go to zapier.com and sign up for a free account.
 

2. Start a New Zap
Click “Zaps” in the top menu, then click “Create Zap.”
 

3. Set Your Trigger to Webhook

  • In the Trigger step, search for “Webhooks by Zapier.”
  • Select “Catch Hook” and click Continue.
  • Zapier will give you a Webhook URLcopy it.
     

4. Go to Your SOLD.com Agent Portal

  • Log in, go to CRM Integrations, and choose Zapier.
  • Click “Create New Zap.”
     

5. Paste the Webhook URL

  • Paste the URL you copied from Zapier into the Zap URL field.
  • Give your Zap a name and description (just for your internal reference).
  • Click “Create Zap” to save.
     

6. You’re Connected!
SOLD.com will now send your leads directly to Zapier.
 


Now Finish Your Zap in Zapier

  1. Choose your CRM 
  2. Map the lead fields: name, phone, zip, etc.
  3. Add any actions, like logging the lead in your CRM or sending an email
